Residential Inground Swimming Pool Builders NJ

Our talented designers will do more than just design the pool; they can help create entire outdoor living spaces. Everything from outdoor patios, kitchens and bars can be incorporated into the plans with the swimming pool construction process.

Through various meetings with your landscape designer, a master plan will be finalized. Budgets, final designs and permitting are all finalized and taken care of so the process can continue to move forward. If need be, we will have engineers involved in the early stages of your inground pool depending on the complications that may occur in your yard. Once the town reviews and the permitting are taken care of we can begin the building stages.

Tranquility Pools builders physically lay out the pool for your approval. Our builders make sure the lot has been cleared and that there is a clean pallet to start with. Once the initial layout is approved, a wooden frame is put up to show the perimeter of the pool. Then Tranquility begins the excavation. During excavation, a hole is dug in your yard into the shape of your new pool.

Once the excavation process is complete, the steel rebar frame is built inside to hold the shape of the inground pool. When the steel rebar is complete, electric plumbing and bonding of the pool gets done. There are a series of inspections for our builders to ensure the safety and efficiency of your pool at this point to ensure safety throughout the entire swimming pool construction process.

Gunite is the next major step in the pool building process. Gunite trucks come to the site to spray and shoot the entire pool. Once that is all set, the electric plumbing is completed and hooked up to the units. Tiles, coping and any additional water features, such as waterfalls, are then done simultaneously. It can vary depending on each individual pool. After this stage, your inground swimming pool is washed and prepped for plaster.

Water is added into the pool immediately following the completion of plaster. Filter is turned on right away to start cleaning to purifying the pool. For two weeks prior, your pool is brushed at least twice a day while the filter is running. After this two week period, the pool is ready for its initial startup. All equipment is turned on and we provide a tutorial to each client. We will go over everything with you to learn how to use your controls, lights, filters, etc. Once the tutorial is complete the swimming pool construction process is over, and the pool is ready to be enjoyed!
